First time trying lunch buffet. Salad was very good, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, a few large cucumber slices, 4 dressings, cheese and croutons. There were warm breadsticks with marinara, two pasta offerings (Alfredo chicken was delicious) chicken and large ribs. The pizza (4-5 to choose from) was hot and very good. We sat in the back close to the buffet. Service was excellent! We will definitely come again.
Love the thin crust! Toppings are hit or miss depending on who's making pies, but when they're good, they're good.... tonight's is probably the lightest Brooklyn ive ever had, with 2 of the pieces not even having and ricotta and the pepperoni being almost as scarce. I think its because I ordered a bigger pie this time, they put 12" worth of toppings on a 18" pizza :/ Small pies only from here on out. Edit 1: went with a 14.... whoever is in charge of the ricotta is a terrible person. -1 star, we keeping tally now. Edit 2: went with a 10" this time, it was on point! +1 star back
Service was amazing but there are no words to describe just how amazing the food and drinks are. If you are a fried pickle fan this is the best place to go. Pickle spears covered in the most delicious breading you've ever had. I ordered them extra done and it was worth it all the way. Do not bring your friends because you will not want to share. Logan was the bartender the day i went in and i have nothing but good things to say about him and the experience i had because of him. Ask him to make you something creative and tell him Doug sent you. I promise you will enjoy every second of the Peppinos experience.
Great lunch today. I had the breakfast burrito, my daughter the grilled cheese and my husband a 10 inch pizza. Service by Nina was excellent!
Called in an order to go. Was looking for a Detroit style pizza. The title of the menu item was Detroit style, but in reality just a deep dish pizza. So while it was good, it was not as advertised. However kudos to the girl taking my order, me being from out of town I was not aware they were having a special, and she was kind of night to extend that offer to me. Saved me $4 on a pizza. Great customer service!
Our server recommended 2 specialty pizzas and in all honesty, they were both AMAZING. Both boyfriend and I agree, that the Brooklyn Pizza and the Ultimate meat and the fried pickles were all better than Vitales! And that says something because I love Vitales!
